The Chemical Spreadsheets and Databases Short Course is designed to be run in a computer lab. Attendees build sample worksheets and database applications using provided data.
There are two broad aims to the six formal session course:
- To give scientists who are familiar with spreadsheets an insight into the power and data security of relational database technology.
- To give attendees a profound understanding of the structure of reaction chemistry through meta-analysis of real chemical information.
The Chemical Spreadsheets and Databases Short Course can be run over one, two or three days and is offered to academic, government and industrial establishments at competitive rates.
